Janthea Brigden is a leading expert in childcare and is Nipperbout’s qualified Early Years Professional and Safe Guarding Officer.

Hailing from theatrical backgrounds, Janthea adds creativity, fun and interactive elements to her training.

Previously, a Senior Training Facilitator for Parent Line Plus (now Family Lives), Janthea ran and supervised NVQ courses for parents and professionals until moving on to develop Nipperbout’s unique childcare business.

Janthea acts as consultant to numerous governmental and regulatory bodies and high level corporate clients.

As Operations Director, Steve’s expertise lies within the organisational aspects and logistics. As the Health and Safety officer for over 19 years, Steve has huge experience with the key procedures and documentation required.

Steve has experience teaching voice coaching and communications and enjoys the challenge of inventive theme linking. His amazing imagination and creative ability provides engaging course delivery.

Rheya is a highly experienced, qualified Early Years Professional, with a passion for safeguarding and childcare and has completed multiple ‘train the trainer’ courses.

Rheya is also a filmmaker and has recently produced educational videos being used by teachers to support PHSE lessons.

Julia Roberts

Julia Roberts

Senior Manager

Julia has worked in Education for more than 15 years, with a great deal of her experience being in the Childcare Sector, particularly Early Childhood.

Throughout her career Julia has led, managed and trained staff within a variety of settings while working and training in Australia and New Zealand before moving to the UK.

Julia also enjoys pursuing creative projects including photography, which she also finds extremely useful within her teaching role.
