During the successful launch of The Lost Child Course in May and June, Nipperbout were delighted to welcome Juliette Painter Guest Services Manager from OCS in Centre:mk. Juliette was so impressed, OCS have commisioned a programme to train the remainder of the 80 staff by the end of 2016. Commenting Juliette said: “We went to the training session with a little apprehension and not knowing whether it would be beneficial to us at the city centre and by lunchtime we were already discussing how we were going to implement some of the suggestions.

The training not only opened our eyes to legislation but also ways to improve on what we already have in place and take it one step further, ensuring that the experience for customers at Centre:mk was a consistently safe one.
