May and June saw the launch of a brand new course from childcare experts Nipperbout. The Lost Child Course was the brainchild of Director Janthea Brigden who had seen the need for a much greater awareness of how to deal with lost children and vulnerable adults. “So often I am aware that team members really don’t know how to deal with these challenging moments at events” said Janthea “it leaves not only children and their parents at risk but also the event organisers”

The course is designed to give attendees absolute confidence in knowing how deal with a lost child situation and to understand the legislation, processes and paperwork involved as well as the human factors required.

Janthea said “we are delighted that the course was such a success and we will be rolling out more dates for the remainder of the year”. Nipperbout Training also offer a bespoke in-house service for companies with groups of 8 people or more.
